The footage for our beginning of our film is now completed

Main task - 6th February 2012

First part of filming is completed and was successful. Our news reporter clip is finished and does not need to be edited.

Main task - Music/Sounds

We are still deciding which music we would like to use in our film, however we have a basic idea of what we want and this is an example of the type of music we are aiming for. We will not be using this music however this will give us a starting point. We like this music as it is building up suspense and goes well with our film as in a way it would not ruin the mood of our film.

As we are having a news reporter in our movie being played on the TV in our main location where our main character will be located, we have chosen a short clip from the theme music of the BBC. Also with our news reporter appearing on the TV, there will also be an indication that it is a news channel as we will add in banners at the bottom of the screen saying 'BREAKING NEWS' to show that it is a news station.

Main task - Symbol

In our movie we will be showing a symbol on our main character's wrist. This symbol represents the idea of a 'gang' or some sort of group of people and the idea of the symbol and what it means will be revealed later on in the movie.

The inspiration of the symbol comes from the movie 'Constantine' we will not be using the exact copy of this symbol, however we will be creating our own design of the symbol.

As this symbol will be shown tattooed on our main character, as it is a tattoo it gives the idea that it is with her forever and this is also a symbol of the 'gang' she is a part of and cannot leave this 'gang'.
